The room is functional and silent, with a very simple nice design, a balcony, and a great view. the location is WONDERFUL, very close to the metro station. - This hotel is next to the subway and has a restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast in the morning.

It was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were well-designed and the hotel staff were very helpful and kind. Transportation from airport to the hotel was a wonderful ride!

We were a group of nine people that stayed a whole week in order to participate in a congress. The hotel is very convenient as it is close to Istambul Congress Center. You can get easily to other parts of the city. The hotal employees are very friendly and available for your requests. The rooms are very clean, although a bit small. But is is a good money value.it has a very good sauna and jacuzzi. All the members of tthe group had a good experience. The hotel also helpedin recovering lost liuggage. In all, a very good experience.

Hotel staff was very friendly, especially Cagatay who helped me order food on the internet and Mehmet who has really been helpful when I lost my credit card. The spa on 1st floor is good to relax after a long day trip around the city. Location is great for conveners to the nearby congress center while its proximity to Osmanbey metro station allows one to easily access other parts of the city.

Room on 1st floor was a bit too noisy with the traffic in the morning and also water drops were leaking from the air conditionner inside my room.

Staff were friendly, very good location (50m from the metro station), and it's in a shopping area so everything is nearby (shopping malls , restaurants , minimarkets , etc)

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, being very close to the metro station, which made it really easy to travel around this historic area. It was also conveniently situated in the shopping district, perfect for those who enjoy shopping in this city. The hotel facilities were great, including a cozy cafe and beautiful buildings nearby. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with the staff ensuring that everything was tidy and fresh every single day. The staff were amazing, always responsive to our needs, constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. Their friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.
